Therapy Services
The Care First therapy department consists of highly trained Registered Physical Therapists, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Speech Language Pathologists. This team of professionals work hand in hand with each other and our Nursing Staff in order to deliver excellent care with continuity and positive outcomes. Therapy services that are most often provided in the home are as follows:
- After Care for Total Joint Replacement (Knees and Hips)
- Falls prevention and after care; CVA ( Stroke) Program
- Home Exercise
- Programs for gait training, energy conservation and strengthening for weakness due to Heart Failure, Diabetes, Pneumonia, COPD and other diagnoses.
